Having qualified in Catering Management in Cathal Brugha Street, shetravelled and worked her way through three continents broadening both herexperience, her knowledge and appreciation of world tastes.

From humble beginnings The Scullery recognised and cornered a niche inthe marketplace, realising at the outset that the modern consumer cares deeplyabout the origin of their food.
Therefore, Sculleryhas created a range that is totally free from artificial colours, flavours,preservatives, MSG or GM ingredients.
The products that you now see are the result of trial and error by theowner, Florrie Purcell, slaving over her Aga to ensure that her products arethe best they can be in taste, texture and presentation.
Today, things are somewhat different although in many ways, little haschanged. The products are still created by Florrie, who remains an artisanproducer under the supervision of a food technologist, in compliance with BRC, grade A.
But the sauces, pickles, relishes and Christmas Plum Puddings havestill got the same genuine honest flavour that consumers yearn for.
