Make delicious Louisiana style Shrimp Creole in just 30 minutes with this easy recipe! A simple combination of juicy prawns, stirred up with our delicious roasted pepper & garlic pasta sauce that will have you feeling like you’re in New Orleans! It’s the best way to enjoy this healthy dish!
250g frozen king prawns
1 large clove of garlic (chopped)
1 large onion (chopped)
1 green pepper (deseeded and sliced)
1 tablespoon olive oil
150ml of dry white wine ( optional)
1 Jar The Scullery Roasted Pepper & Garlic Pasta Sauce
2 spring onions (finely chopped)
- Heat the oil in a medium frying pan to a highish heat, add chopped onion and garlic and the sliced pepper, stir lightly whilst cooking for 5 mins until softened and just coloured.
- Add the frozen prawns and stir around for 5 or until pink on both sides.
Add white wine and the jar of The Scullery Roasted Pepper & Garlic Pasta Sauce
- Bring to the boil, stir well, turn the heat down and allow to simmer for five minutes
- Sprinkle over the spring onions, serve with rice or pasta and green salad.
